Liu

Liu is a private, ad-free space for your family's stories and play — for children and grown-ups alike. RECORD IN YOUR OWN VOICE Record tales, bedtime stories, a favorite story, or made-up adventures in your own voice, and keep them ready to play anytime. You can even switch to a book app while you read — recording keeps going in the background. LISTEN ANYWHERE, EVEN OFFLINE Your recordings are always there — for your child before sleep, or for you on the go. Once a tale is on the device, it plays with no internet needed — perfect for the car or travel. Set a gentle sleep timer that fades out softly at the end; not asleep yet? Shake your phone to keep the story going a little longer. SHARE YOUR VOICE WITH FAMILY Grandparents far away? Grandma and Grandpa can record a tale in their own voice and share it, so your child can hear a story from the people they love — anytime, anywhere. Share with another adult by email, or keep a tale just for you. PLAY TOGETHER Colorful jigsaw puzzles for both kids and grown-ups — a little fun for everyone. MADE FOR FAMILIES • Send tales to your child's device — set up an old iPhone or iPad as a child device. • Control playback from your phone when you're nearby: play, pause, skip, volume, and a sleep timer. • Add up to 2 adults and 4 children to your family. SAFE AND PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No ads. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers. We never sell or share your data. • The child's device has no account of its own, isn't searchable, and can only receive tales from adults you've added to your family. • New tales need a grown-up's approval before they play on a child's device. • Remote control works only when you're nearby (Bluetooth / local Wi-Fi) — your playback never travels through a remote server. • Your recordings back up to your iCloud and follow you to a new phone. Recording tales and pairing devices are free. Liu Premium unlocks sending tales to a child's device, remote playback control, sharing tales with other adults and opening the tales they share with you, the sleep timer, and adjustable playback speed. Liu keeps growing — with new features and playful surprises for the whole family on the way.
