Sadly just doesn’t stream well enough
The old app seemed to be great streaming through my TV. The new app is glitchy and I can’t seem t on cast from my phone anymore as that used to work well. Great that it’s free, would be even better if it was as good as it was.
Hard to navigate
It’s annoying to navigate. Why can’t we just have buttons to follow a player immediately on the Leaderboard??
It was so much easier to navigate last year’s App.
Also the Fantasy is asinine now, to have to sigh in to Fantasy separately outside the App into a browser. Such a hassle.
Bring back how it was last year.
And you just put up an image saying the 2027 schedule is there but it isn’t.

Ever since Scott Oneil took over as CEO everything with LIV golf has gotten worse.
App doesn’t work on iPad or iPhone
This app doesn’t work. I have a paid annual subscription but this app keeps asking me to confirm my subscription. When I do it still won’t let me log in.
Too many updates that don’t work

Some issues, just needs dialed in.
Groups can you can’t hear the shots when they hit them, usually just some mic far away that has some birds chirping or whatever background noise is present. The other problem is that in multiview, closed caption is always on the main broadcast, and it covers the lower part of the screen and you can’t see the shots being hit or putts being holed. Those previous problems are on both mobile and tv app. As for just mobile, I can’t watch the broadcast in fullscreen, so it’s basically unusable.

Too Complicated
I’ve paid for this for 2 years but will not renew. This should be simple to build in a way I don’t have to know who wins a tournament when I log in the app. Let me go to the event. Give my full round 1 and Round 1 highlights round 2 same round 3 same round 4 same.
I’m trying to watch Adelaide. I log in and it ruins it and tells me who wins. I see recaps for the rounds but I can’t even find the last round I would like to watch. Just 59 other pointless videos.
Not everyone can watch this live so we pay for an app and want to watch it later. Then you find new and interesting ways to ruin who wins and not be able to find the content I was paying for in the first place. Great job devs!

I have downloaded multiple updates in the past four days and the app still does not work properly. Since the recent redesign the app had not worked properly on my phone. App works properly on my TV but not my phone. Please fix I am paying an annual subscription and would to be able to watch replays on my phone. Thank you

Useless
Downloaded the app, signed up, can’t watch anything at all - not even short highlights- without a paid subscription. Very disappointing.
Needs to liv $$
Seems like every event requires the app to be updated, some updates are only hours or days apart
Get the software right and if done right should only need to update the app at beginning of new season just like other sporting apps, concerning to know ongoing update frequency is the app actually safe to use

Bugs…
Full screen button blocks screen and app freezes on Macbook. It used to work fine but not at the moment.

That’s me done with liv. Was good whilst it lasted….. back on their word and now it’s subscription
Update breaks app
Mandatory update and now I can’t see leaderboard, can’t see stats. What’s the point. Get it right guys.
LIV Golf App – Streaming Issues
I’ve been trying to follow the Team event via the LIV Golf app, but unfortunately, the live stream experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite having fast full-fibre broadband at home, the constant buffering made it impossible to watch properly.
Given LIV’s ambition to grow the game and reach new audiences, streaming coverage is absolutely vital. If fans can’t reliably watch the action, it undermines the whole effort to engage and grow the sport.
Please prioritise fixing the technical performance of the app. It’s a great concept and an exciting product—but only if people can actually watch it.
