Cant get the otp
I wanted to access my account but forgot my password. When I wanted to reset I was supposed to receive an OTP but it seems it is not working.
Changing personal photo through App
I have some suggestion and idea to be add an option that any client he can change his own or his family photos through App this option will help a-lot…Thanks
It is waste of time to install this app
Before NLGIC app was working fine, it shows our medical insurance policy and recent treatment but now after updating to LIVA, it became a useless. When i click on my health option it is showing no data. Need a lot of improvement
