What a delight and a pleasure to have this resource that enables me to be reminded to live a life filled with joy and gratitude. A big thank you to the creators and coaches for your love and presence and I highly recommend Live Aligned to all of you out there wanting to live in the light.

I’ve tried so many different tools to keep myself on the right track and motivated to accomplish my goals. Ever since using this app I’ve been noticing real improvements in my mindset and the opportunities life keeps throwing at me. Can’t recommend this enough!
The only App I use for my morning Routine now
It’s taken me so long to find something that is worth using first thing in the morning.
The journal prompts are easily my favourite part of the app and what I start my day with.
I have only done 1 of the courses but it was great. Need to dive more in to some of the other features but the journaling function alone makes me a a big fan of this app :)))

Perfect daily wellness companion!
So often I wake up and I don’t want to necessarily listen to a meditation, visualization, or full podcast at that time… but I want a short audio accompaniment that can just help me start my day on the right foot as I get ready. This is the first app that I’m aware of that’s designed for this!! It gives bite-sized info on a variety of topics but also has tangible features that help you integrate the learnings for your day to day. The experience of it is seamless & supportive. I’m so happy this finally exists!
