Account balance incorrect, unable to make payment
Not User Friendly
App behaves rather archaically. Changes are unable to be made to payment accounts. Account verification deposits are not timely. I’ve been unable to successfully verify any accounts that have been added. There are glitches throughout too. Highly recommend making significant changes.

Horrible we pay so much in fees and we have to pay a 5 just to pay rent horrible these companies try to make money anyway they can

This Inland App is very easy to use when needing to track anything regarding your apartment. Also, it lets you place maintenance requests instead of having to go to the apartments website or call the leasing office.
Suggestion
Edit capability would be helpful after a ticket has been submitted.
