Autopay doesn’t work
I have tried to get autopay working for months. Just doesn’t work.

In just a few years, Bader Properties has ruined our once beautiful property and quality of life. They charge market price, but do not hire maintenance full-time, they do not keep common areas clean or maintained. Bader has been renting more and more residents that smoke, litter, damage the property and don’t follow rules. Many complaints are made and nothing is ever done. People move in and out constantly and the once beautiful community which has many amenities has fallen into disrepair and many of us that have lived here 5,10 even 20 years are choosing to leave. Bader does not pay their staff fairly and they do not put money back into the property. Very Sad. This community used to be middle to upper class.

Easy Operation
It’s very simple to complete payments, check for maintenance requests, documents, announcements and more. I do like it because I can make payments for rent that process within 2 hours. I feel like it’s user friendly.
Lack of options
Options are limited. The few times I submitted a request none of the options matched what I needed.

great handy app but..
the app is great for simple tasks and easy to navigate. but there is a bug where if you try to make a maintenance request, then type out a whole paragraph and add a photo. if you click on your photo you uploaded, it will delete everything you had entered and you have to start over.
I paid my rent… finally
I have been trying to pay my rent for hours and this app kept timing out or having errors. This happens every 1st of the month, so it’s always frustrating to spend a chunk of my day trying to pay my rent. They know there will be a lot of traffic on the 1st so I’m not sure why they don’t plan for that and ensure it works easily.

Lots of potential but needs work
The app is wildly slow, you have to type out all your login info everytime because it won’t remember your email and has no Face ID login. Paying rent every month take like 10 minutes because of how slow the app is. It has a ton of potential, the UI is great, everything is easy to navigate, but it’s so buggy and slow and needs lots of work

App is buggy and slow
It never saves my login, frequently crashes, and is slow to load. It took me all day to finally log into the app and play for rent.
