Doesn’t support my live pictures

I bought this app to bulk edit a number of live pictures and to remove and save as a regular picture some of them. It says that all of my pictures are not live pictures when clearly they are. I can go into photo app, edit a picture and duplicate it as either a standard picture or a live picture. Then I can delete the live version.
This app doesn’t seem to work with any of these same pictures. I have 40,000 pictures and about 1500 live ones. Don’t know if that high number is an issue, but for now don’t see much use for this app.
