I registered for the liv Leduc app. Tried to ‘register’ for aqua cize at the leduc out door pool. Spots are always full. Spots are capped at 30.
….Funny this is such a bureaucratic process for an apparent ‘drop in’ class that I need to ‘register’ for. This app is a complete joke. The city of leduc idiots who thought of this app should give their heads a shake.
Now it won’t let me register for any classes. Says “no user” when I try to register.
I deleted then reloaded the app. Now it doesn’t recognize my original email address.
This app truly sucks beyond belief. I’m done.
I’ll go use the pools in Edmonton. Nevermind.

This app is NOT user friendly at all
Tried to create an account as first timer was impossible, the process of registering is complicated. Ended up calling. Definitely defeats the purpose of this app which is required to book. Please improve it or hire a real professional app developer. Thanks.

Need to delete and re-install often. Not worthy of a city-owned facility. Leduc you can do better than this!

This app doesn’t even recognize my email. Even though I can log into the web version with no issues. Please quit promoting this app on your website, LRC.
