how does it work?

so basically i download the app and then there is a ton of cool moving wallpapers. i click on it and it does nothing. maybe i just don’t know how to do this. i can look up a tutorial and maybe that will help me but idk.

This “you seems to be offline” error showed up on my screen and I can’t click ok to close it and I close it an reopen the app and I still get the error.
