One I got banned several times on this app and I don’t know why.. I contact support and they don’t answer. But I had a woman on there named Vonda.. I told her my situation and she didn’t answer my question at the end and waited til the time went out. Didn’t read nothing in my life that was going on. And I wrote a review saying my honest opinion. She text me and told me “don’t waste my time with nonsense about a man who don’t even want you”… I contact support about her and now I’m banned … don’t use it find sum legit..

Unprofessional live chat
The live chat support is unprofessional and rude. I reported an issue I was having and they blocked me after I spent several dollars on their app. I’ll be filing a dispute anyway! Now accept that.. poor customer service. I recommend other psychic apps.
