dissapointing

New to the streaming world and learning how to set things up. Gave this one a try and got it working but then got hit with a lame 10 min time cap with no warning before I could get comfortable and really learn what to do. will not be giving you my business.

Disconnection

I get this app thinking it would be cool and I wanted better features so I paid the $20 and this is where it got me. I was about to do a live stream on tiwtch and I was already thinking that this was the coolest app ever and the easiest to use until I got the message "Error: disconected". I think okay maybe I could try again and I try again, same message again. I try a few more times and history repaets it's self. So please fix this I didn't want to waist $20 on an app.

Delay

I downloaded this thinking it would be easy to use and free. Guess what is's not. After realizing that it wasn't free I paid the $20 for the app. I couldn't get any sound on my live streams and after chaning every setting I could find I could now get sound. Now the problem is that the video and the audio are not synced up. The audio is about 4 seconds behind the video. There is also a 20 second delay on the streaming platform. Which makes it almost impossible to have a an active chat and keep things going. I feel like this was a waste of $20.

Dear user, It is normal to have a delay between your video and what you see in the live stream (for example, on Facebook). The delayed video is caused by the internet connection and Facebook services latency - this is normal, especially if you have a slower internet access. The video you are producing is sent to Facebook, processed and then sent back to you and your audience and this requires some time. Cant get pro??

Trying to buy pro and it wont let me. If you dont spend 20 dollars you only get 3 minute long videos… but you cant spend anything cause its not available. NICE

Works Fine!

Just downloaded the Free App and was up on Facebook Live in under 2 minutes to test it out. There is no preview, so maybe that’s confusing to folks?

Horrible system

The system that you use is horriblel, and therre shouldn't be a 3 minute time limit. I could just install OBS because its much better and it doesn't have a time limit. If their was not a time limit you would have better reviews!

Connect iPhone

There are no instructions for this.

Is it a wired connection only? Is it possible to connect my iPhone via WIFI?

Dear user, To connect Livedesk with your iPhone just connect your phone to your Mac computer with a cable. Livedesk will automatically detect the phone and you will have the option to select it from the list of available cameras. It may just be me, but I cant get it hooked up to my twitch. I am trying but it wont work.

it would have been nice to tell people about the time limit on the free version

It would be nice if you would tell people that the free version has a time limit on it before people down load it if i knew that i would not have donwnload it

Dear user, Only the Free version has a time limit and it's announced just before the broadcast starts. The Pro version does not have any time limit and it's fully available with an in-app purchase. Regards

right off the bat, at first glance

OBS for Mac offers more. i dont know what i was expecting, but to have paid 10, dollars, i guess i was expecting everything you get with OBS fro free. i use a multi-cam set up and route audio via soundflower. i dont see an easy way to do either of these.

Dear customer, The objective of this app is to be easy to use and clutter free (as much as possible). You should use it if you want to go live on the web fast and easy without worrying about tons of configurations (although you can do that in the app also). Just plug and play. Regards
