The news updates are quick, absolutely accurate and live reporting is also useful. I make sure to go through Top stories everyday and it keeps me legally updated.
Improve Search Engine
The current search functionality requires significant improvement. When a user searches for a specific topic, such as GST, the results also include unrelated matters (for example, cases under the SC/ST Act and other statutes), which makes it difficult to locate relevant information efficiently.
The platform should introduce Act-wise search functionality so that users can specifically filter results under a particular statute. Additionally, party name–wise search,along with other structured search options, should be incorporated to enhance accuracy and usability.
At present, the search engine is not sufficiently user-friendly and does not effectively meet the needs of professionals. Improving the search architecture and introducing refined filtering mechanisms should be a priority to ensure that users can retrieve precise and relevant information quickly.

An unethical and worst app
The app is commercialising legal news which is already part of public domain. Further inspite of charging so high for their subscription it’s not working properly. Every time I had to logged into daily which is very frustrating. Please don’t fall for their contents. Don’t buy their subscription there are multiple good sites to look upon and research upon.

Interface
App interface is poor. Fonts are fixed and small in size, not easy to read. Coverage is selective as it appears. Kolkata HC orders demolition of a high rise building. Not seen here anywhere. They may use interface as used by bar N bench app
Unable to share
Unable to share any link to WhatsApp. This problem has occurred recently. Do have a look at it.

I recently subscribed to your 6-month plan, expecting uninterrupted access to all your premium content. However, despite the active subscription, I am unable to access articles, videos, and several other features. The website continues to prompt me to subscribe again, which is both confusing and frustrating.

Need improvement
The ‘setting’ Tab doesn’t open on phone. On iPad the right side options are always opened resulting in smaller page to read.
Home Screen in iPad is irritating
The Home Screen in iPad is split into two sections. Left side is content and right side is menu options which doesn’t close. Why would you waste so much of screen space to just view the same menu throughout! Such a waste design.
App lagging way too much.
This newer version is lagging too much, I’m a premium user and I’m not able to access settings in the App, also not able to access my saved articles. I’ve reinstalled app hundreds of times. My premium subscription is going in vain. Whenever I press the back button it takes too much time to function and many times it crashes. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

Frequent crashes
After the last major update many issues were resolved, so thanks for that. But the app suddenly crahes whenever i open up a new article to read the full story. But this happens only after i’ve read a few stories already

Unable to open the app.. and date is showing invalid while scrolling.

Lot of hassle as the game age will automatically log you out every time from your desktop browser inconveniencing you when you search and click on a link
Articles not saving
While you tap on “save article” option, app reflects the pop up showing article has been saved but when you search it in saved articles, it isn’t there. Which compels to search for the relevant article from search option.
App suffers from glitches & Needs a lot of improvements vis-a-vis ios and ipados versions
Firstly, the app does not support horizontal view (screen rotation) for the ease of access;
Secondly, the settings tab is inaccessible (a glitch developed in newer versions);

Not opening on iPhone
The app does not open on iPhone! I have been trying to access the app and as soon as I press the app! The screen goes back to home page.

Unable to access the app
Hello, I am not able to open the app. As soon as I open the app closes unexpectedly. I have been facing this issue from past 20 days. No support has been given by customer care department also.

Not able to access saved/bookmarked articles
We’re not able to access saved/bookmarked articles after the latest update. App shows error when trying to access it. Please fix it at the earliest. Also bring horizontal orientation for Ipad. It’s a long pending demand.
Bookmark section.
The bookmarks section is not working properly after the ios update. Please fix that asap as I have saved 100s of judgements bookmarked. Otherwise what’s the use of this app if anyway you have to keep searching for the news you want. That can be done anywhere else. I am a subscriber and still facing this problem which is not very proud thing about this app.
