Issue with account
Purchased the annual subscription and the app did not accept it. I confirmed my subscription is active in the App Store and attempted to restore purchases. All that did was open a prompt telling me my account has no active subscription
Not working right
I just bought the annual plan and i cannot do any update . It wont save what i input. It tells me to go premium. I did! About to cancel… and there is no : contact us” or “support”. That i can see
