Very Useful!
This has been an excellent tool for my journey to a healthier lifestyle and better eating habits. I especially love the Recipes tab at the bottom. I also like multiple ways of adding my meals. Whether it’s scanning a barcode, searching, or even taking a photo, this feature makes it easy!
Accurate, easy to use
Downloaded this for my parents to optimize their liver health and ended up downloading it for myself! Love that it has options to personalize diet goals. Best part is that I don’t have to waste time tracking/logging my macros. Just take a quick pic and it logs everything for me. Such a time saver!
A literal life saver for my dad
I have been managing my dad’s cirrhosis for the last six months and trying to track his sodium and protein every single day was driving us both crazy.. Finding this app CHANGED everything! You can just snap a photo of the plate or scan barcode and it pulls the data right in. So simple and easy.
The PDF export is super easy too, I just click button and hand have the report for his doc visits. This was best $49 I ever spent. It takes so much pressure off our shoulders and finally has allowed us to get back to “somewhat” normal life without panicking every single meal. Highly recommend to any caregivers out there.
