I spend quite a bit of money on this site but am seriously thinking about leaving to a competitor. As a customer who plays almost everyday I would expect the free daily and monthly game to be better than it currently is. It was a good way for rewarding loyal custom but the last 4 months you are lucky to win 5 free spins. I played everyday in July and when it came to the end of the month game I won 1 free spin after staking several hundred pound on both the games and sports betting. I was rewarded more by paddy power and I didn’t make a deposit or stake any money in that time. As this is the only way to get rewarded except the very poor mega box or a site glitch payout. I have zero reason to stay using this company when my custom is clearly not valued

Builder bet is the worst
When you brings corners, goals or cards together, total odds are going down. It is really weird. Also, odds are very low compared to other companies. When you bet on a team win, the odds is 2.60, but odds for double chance of the same is 1.26. It is very poor

If your using this app for placing bets then it’s okay however if you plan to use it for the slots they offer go elsewhere. Out of the 20+ different companies I’ve used this has to be hands down one of the worst for slots. Genuinely bonuses are non existent no matter how long you play for they just do NOT appear.

Joined up less than a year ago and I won and lifted the money was only using it randomly for small stakes. But account restriction and lost out on all promotions. It seems they only want losers on their site which is also very poor for bets compared to other competitiors.
