Signing in
I’m giving this app 2 stars because it’s not allowing me to sign in. It keeps saying “error, try again later”. I tried to sign in last night and it did that, then it tried again just now and it still says it.
Launches but can’t sign in
Once I try to sign in via Apple or username, either one will give me a wall of text error code. I’m about to uninstall and reinstall it to see if that works if it doesn’t work, my review will stay the same
Why is it broken 😖
I really love this app but I can’t sign in… is the app still a thing?? I’m really disappointed because this app has everything I just cant sign in now and it keeps showing up with a 503 error..

There been bugs on this app for while it says temporary unavailable
Bought lifetime membership. App stopped working after two years.
Bought the lifetime membership a while back. Now the app won’t even connect to the server with our accounts. Horrible experience .

Me and my boyfriend have been using this app nearly everyday for years and it’s amazing. The custom status option is my favorite. It’s been a really good and super easy way to keep each other updated throughout the day. Unfortunately though it stopped working a couple days/weeks ago saying something about how it’s temporarily unavailable:(

Issues recently
I haven’t been able to get on the app for around two weeks now, whenever I try opening the app it says there is a service error ! What do I do? Me and my boyfriend use this app everyday and we love it but now we both can’t get on….

love the app, needs to be updated!!
i’ve had this app for a while and when i first downloaded it i loved it so much and used it all the time!! i love the feature where you can set your status and see each others status on your lock screen & widgets, there’s a lot of apps with photo widgets but not the status part as well and i really like that.
but recently the app has started not working well at all, you can’t even see anything on the app itself, profile photos, status photos, pets, etc. just show up invisible or as a grey screen, i really hope there’s an update to fix all this soon because i really haven’t found another app like this that i liked as much as this one!!

Paid Subscriptions but no updates?
The potential of this app looks amazing and it seems like it was 2 years ago.
I just paid for the weekly subscription only to find out the photos are all showing blank and the developer hasn’t updated this app in a year even though there are other reviews since then complaining about the same thing.

hasn't worked really, even paid in hopes to fix it
Pictures don't show up on my girlfriend's widgets and vice versa, nothing really shows up on mine at all. Can't see avatar or profile picture, mine or hers. Can't even see our pet.... it's invisible. i have a 15 Plus and she has a 13 or 14 Pro Max so it's not like we're running this on outdated hardware.. can't find an option in the app to contact the dev(s), hope this can be rectified :(
one thing i do like, if you have a BFF or Lover then when one of you gets pro the other does too, apparently. just wish the features i downloaded the app for worked :( hopefully there's a fix

The Ads
the ads are horrible they are practically corn me and my boyfriend thought this app would be a fun way to stay close but it ended up adding more of a wedge between us
Fix the bugs
With the co-parenting thing, there’s no character model for the pet, it just shows the shadow of where the pet is sitting, but you can’t see the pet
Used to be fun
The daily rewards aren’t enough to even fill the pets status bars, everything else seems to be behind a pay wall AND they quit updating the app for the latest versions of iOS so the pet is glitched out and invisible. 😔
My pet disappeared
My pet disappeared he won’t show up in the app but I still see the text above his head and get notifications to feed him please fix this
Can't see anything
My partner and I recently downloaded the app and the concept is good but we got the premium upgrade and we can't see anything, the pets, the stickers we try to send or even the pictures.

we downloaded the app for the widget and it doesn’t work. none of the photos go through in the chat or the widgets

This app is so cute but has many issues like how it takes longer to load, my app doesn’t send or save also. The notifs don’t even work… nice idea but wrong work, maybe if it gets fixed again it’ll be better. (pls update its been a year 😞🖤)

So me and my bf have been using this app for about a year now and it’s fun and cute but we can’t see everything like we can interact with it but we can’t see anything so please fix it!!!!!!
