Awful app
This app is absolutely awful whoever designed it is probably a preschool child. It’s incredibly slow tries to charge me an extra £16 on top of my two subscriptions that I already pay. It’s also incredibly slow when you’re actually using the app and when you are chilling just trying to book the Jim. It signed me out for three weeks straight not having two months and there’s nothing I can do about it.

Extremely slow and the account setup doesn’t always recognise the code

Often slow particularly when trying to book a class. I think because of the sheer number of people trying to do it at the same time it just goes slow and then you lose your place.

Horrible

No one ever answers the phone!
Facilities are good but hard work trying to contact via phone to book a class.
Works alright
Swimming booking can be awkward as you go to the swimming timetable and select a session it just bounces you to the main menu and doesn’t actually book it.
Would make more sense if under Bookings you see your bookings rather than make them.
Also would be handy to have an Apple Watch app so you could maybe see your bookings and very least the qr code for entry, especially when in the pool area and wanting to go in the sauna when it does want you to scan upon entry.

LiveWire app down all day.
Can not get on any classes you want to booked up straight away you tell the receptionist and all she said is there is nothing I can do about it great customer service skills really helpful not sure what training she was given,but she needs more frustrated customer.

Terrible app
Constantly inaccessible so unable to book required sessions. Which means you then have to phone up and no one answers the phones or visit the Hub Site where the class is required(as local Hub Site can’t book other sites)….rubbish customer service.
Poor Tech support
It feels like there’s no tech support at all, making it seem like one of those budget solutions a local government gym would settle for from the lowest bidder.
Terrible App
Next to useless app. Doesn’t remember login, always have to reset home club. Always have to reset filters and then it works only after several attempts. Takes forever to do anything. Charges me for a class I cancelled within the cancellation period!
Not great
Payment screen is too small, doesn’t remember my payment details, and I can only book one place on a squad activity.

I have only been the gym once new member but found the staff at reception very friendly and helpful the gym had plenty of equipment to use not been in the pool yet but definitely going to
Below par
There is no cover in place when people who do the sessions are absent or leave . There are more and more virtual sessions particularly at Sankey Hub. I joined as Sankey hub is a ten minute walk from my home so suggesting that there are plenty of other gyms to choose from doesn’t help . I’ve already complained about all of the weights being kept in a tiny cupboard which is very awkward when 24 people are putting weights away at the end of body conditioning sessions.

This app rejects my “email address or password”. The exact same ones I use on the website successfully.
I can only assume it thinks my email address is not valid because it ends in .me.uk which is unusual.
I guess the developers are not just terrible at UI design, the are also clueless about how to validate email addresses and top levels domains.

Awful app - difficult to use and navigate
This app is terrible. It doesn’t allow me to check times at different gyms pending where I am in the town at the time. It standardised on jubilee centre when all of my work is done at Sankey and Woolston.
I can’t set a different gym, nor can I view class times or even contact details for each individual gym!
