I can get an appointment in an hour instead of waiting a month for the GP. All the Livi GPs are extremely helpful, reassuring, and knowledgeable. I always come away feeling even more supported and validated than I do from my own GP! This is a wonderful service.

I absolutely love this app . No waiting for weeks to get an appointment and medication can be picked up at any Pharmacy. This is my third time using the app and each time it’s be quick and simple and the Doctors are great .

No bookings available
I repeatedly tried to book a livi slot but there were no bookings available. I had to contact my gp who then used one of there reserved Livi spaces. This clearly severely limits my opportunities to book via Livi. At my surgery, the request medical help via the nhs app is permanently locked off and not available.

Voilà vraiment une appli dont je ne me passerais plus jamais… en tant que cheffe d’entreprise, toujours très rattrapée par le boulot, une consultation en présentiel et parfois compliquée, et pouvoir être dépannée à n’importe quelle heure, à n’importe quel jour –même les jours fériés–, ça n’a pas de prix ! Lorsqu’une angine, ou bien une cystite, n’importe quoi, vous prend de cours… ou que vous vous rendez compte que finalement vous n’aviez pas eu le temps de retourner faire renouveler une ordonnance, QUEL BONHEUR d’avoir une consultation en quelques minutes, avec des gens souriants et compétents. MERCI Livi ! Il me semble que cette application existait déjà avant le Covid et je l’utilisais déjà… dans tous les cas depuis qu’elle existe, j’y ai toujours été fidèle, et cette application m’a toujours rendu un service 🍀 ligue vie à ce service 🤍

1hr Booking Confirmation
First have been referred to their service via my gp. Booked an appointment. Was asked to download their app. Did this and found booking had been cancelled as not confirmed within 1 hr. No message regarding a 1hr confirmation time in LIVIs text regarding this. Called support. Was very unhelpful. LIVI just kept blaming my practice for now informing me of the 1hr rule. Very poor service.

Waste of Time
Constantly having to phone the practice to book Livi via them because no appointments are available and repeatedly says to try again tomorrow. Despite practice booking this for me and me confirming the appointment immediately, Livi decides to cancel my appointment!!! Almost a week lost now and still unable to progress an appointment, instead I’ll have to phone the practice again tomorrow to see if they can book for me! What a waste of time! Does not live up to its claims!
