I absolutely love this app . No waiting for weeks to get an appointment and medication can be picked up at any Pharmacy. This is my third time using the app and each time it’s be quick and simple and the Doctors are great .

No bookings available
I repeatedly tried to book a livi slot but there were no bookings available. I had to contact my gp who then used one of there reserved Livi spaces. This clearly severely limits my opportunities to book via Livi. At my surgery, the request medical help via the nhs app is permanently locked off and not available.

1hr Booking Confirmation
First have been referred to their service via my gp. Booked an appointment. Was asked to download their app. Did this and found booking had been cancelled as not confirmed within 1 hr. No message regarding a 1hr confirmation time in LIVIs text regarding this. Called support. Was very unhelpful. LIVI just kept blaming my practice for now informing me of the 1hr rule. Very poor service.

Waste of Time
Constantly having to phone the practice to book Livi via them because no appointments are available and repeatedly says to try again tomorrow. Despite practice booking this for me and me confirming the appointment immediately, Livi decides to cancel my appointment!!! Almost a week lost now and still unable to progress an appointment, instead I’ll have to phone the practice again tomorrow to see if they can book for me! What a waste of time! Does not live up to its claims!

Useless app. I waited for my appointment for 90mins and had the app open and ready to go for the 5 mins leading up to the appointment. Then all of sudden it said I missed a call from the GP and I had to reschedule when I was ready with the app and didn’t receive any call. Waste of my time.
