Website was better
Can’t even pay rent in the app. Old website was better. Why complicate things. Also I don’t care about build rewards.
Buggy, Freeze’s, Crashes
Just like the last app that was pushed out too fast. App freezes, limited functions, and areas greyed out.
Terrible
As bad as the resident app was, this one is worse. Full of ads and spam. Bad enough having to rent from this monstrosity of a corporation but then they sell all our personal information. Awful app and awful company.
Cash Cow
Being a renter just became even more invasive! Now, you’re not only a resident, but a captive audience and marketing cash cow. Just remember to read the fine print of their Privacy Policy, and find the Opt-Out… if you can.
Worst app ever
This is the WORST APP EVER. I hate that the leading office keeps switching between companies. This is the worst one yet, I can’t submit a service request or contact anyone in the property. I hate this app.
Doesn’t work
Asks for my number to send a code and never sends the code. I can’t log in to view my rent bill, documents, submit maintenance requests etc.
App is NOW working just fine
I am updating my review to confirm that the app is working properly and efficiently.
Let us split rent however we want.
It’s a huge bummer you can only pay rent in full or in half on the app. My two housemates and I want to split it three ways. Should be an easy thing to update. I’ll update this review if they ever fix the payment feature.

Step back to hide from themselves
Get the feeling Greystar made this junk to hide their identity from their users. It is a much worse app with a veneer of white and a terrible payment web view.
New update still has bugs
I am enjoying the update, I love the look and simplicity of it. wanted to leave a review because submitting work orders is causing the app to crash. I can’t even click on it without it closing the app down.
Annoying gaps in functionality
The app doesn’t let you use Face ID and you have to log in with a text code every time, which is annoying. It doesn’t even save the phone number between sessions. There are no notifications for packages at the office and the list of maintenance options for the community is incomplete.
Useless
App has so many glitches and omissions as to be useless. Inexcusable.

Terrible app. None of the features work. Very buggy and slow. Logging in is a nightmare.
Nuisanceware
My property is switching to this app to pay rent. I have not even had it installed long enough to pay rent yet and I am already receiving notifications containing ads. The app has no option to turn this kind of notification off while keeping rent reminders and maintenance updates. What a disrespectful and annoying user experience.

My community completes the maintenance request yet it fails to clear from my active maintenance list. I’ve notified my community management but they don’t know how to fix it.
