Small beef with the remastered version
I have both versions & play them over & over. However, of all the FF games, I avoid this one because of the candles at the bottom of the stairs in the castle. One has to be very precise, plus the directions aren’t very clear. Really fun game though!
Disappointed
The only friendly fox game I have not enjoyed. Far too much back and forth to remember. If I hadn’t paid for it I would have deleted without finishing.
I want more pets! But incredible game.
I would love to see the pets feature in more of your games. I’ve played through the Dark City series and the Immortal Love series, now I’m making my way through Living Legends. These games are phenomenal, especially for the price. Would love more pets though!

I think I played the original game the first time around, but even with that being said this game was phenomenal with breath taking gorgeous graphics, long game play, good solid story line and all the extras we love. Im very sick with an autoimmune disease and been playing tons of these games to keep me occupied and my mind off my health and Friendly Fox has been on top of my list for games to play, esp the Living Legends games so if you haven’t tried any then you are in for a treat so go buy now and start playing!!
For all the negative reviews with regard to price, yes its a little high but I cant imagine all that goes into making a game as gorgeous and as long as these games are, so really I think its fair. I esp hate the crying about how it says it free and then a couple minutes in it asks me to play to continue- well learn how to freaking read then lol bc it clearly states on EVERY game that its free trial which is a couple minutes long to see if its something you would be interested to purchase and if not you didn’t spend a penny which I think is very generous and wish all makers did that bc there have been games by other makers that i wish I didn’t purchase and then wasted my money. So quit being so petty and leaving bad reviews for YOUR mistake in not reading the description!?

CLiCKiNG the bottom of the page a lot here…
Traveling through 6-8 rooms just to use get around Is Not Cool, and gets boring. Just a lot of clicking the bottom of the page all the time. The games are a little better, but still room for improvement on the instructions.

Hey a friendly fox game - always great and this one’s got a plot I can follow. Who ever did the remastering did a great job. Games are good. For some reason I am having trouble with the hard ones this time but there’s always a skip if you want to use it. Drawing is outstanding. The hidden object scenes are average for friendly fox, there’s always something unique, you can’t just touch everything. I’m enjoying it and am about 2/3rds through. Good length too! Note that I had to trust that friendly fox would live up to its previous games because the introduction is a bit quick. It paid off!

Good game but few questions
There is a lot of game time here and a lot of HOPs.
1. Why did I give up my pet to keep another pet company but I still have my pet? Why not put them together in the lush mansion? (I’m not loving the design-your-own pet house, but some will like it.) I did appreciate that the pet I used in the game did not simply disappear..
2. Why does the book have to flap until you open it, only to read what you just saw? It was a bit redundant.
3. I though the idea of finding coins to use to get another puzzle outside of the game was clever, just like you would find all the morphing objects.
4. There are a lot of puzzles that have the features “if you adjust one, others may be affected.”

That’s cheeky - UPDATE
Paid for the game and continued playing, but parts were so familiar to me. Decided to go through my purchases but couldn’t find anything, then did a Google. Low and behold I had purchased this game back in 2015 but unlike the first of the remastered games, this one has disappeared from my purchases. The Living Legend Ice Rose one is still in my purchasers. That has been remastered, but for some strange reason my original LL Frozen Beauty is no longer there. Not impressed, if games need to be remastered/updated then spare a thought for those who purchased the originals. Or better still just update, so those who have purchased will have the updated version. Don’t be greedy and get money twice.

Assumes player is female
Looks decent enough but really breaks the immersion when, playing as a guy, I a, referred to as female.. why couldn’t the character you are playing be either the sister or the brother?
Unable to finish
I never received the scissors after playing the mini game, so I’m unable to remove the binding from around the hay to complete chapter 3.
Loved the main game
However, the bonus chapter did not hold up to the main game. The bonus chapter is basically one HOG after another. I put up with them in the main game, I’m not a big fan of them. The bonus chapter probably has more HOGs than the main chapter, and it’s a lot shorter. Still overall, a great game.
Good game BUT….
I have played this game all the way through more than once, and found it very relaxing and fun. Cut to a year later, had to buy a new iPad, tried to play again but when I tapped the button within the game to bring it back as a previous purchase it couldn’t find it! Ten bucks to buy again, no thanks. Very disappointing.
