App Does Not Work
I purchased quite a few digital books on sale only to discover that this app does not work. I can’t download or open my ebooks. I’ve contacted help desk and I’ve been told to be patient. It is very disappointing indeed. I just gotta take the loss.

App not working
I purchased 3 books and was excited to be able to read them however I cant. Everytime I try opening one it closes the app

Problems with Living Reader
This app is deficient in two respects: 1) it is grossly slow while running Mac OS 15.0 on my Mac Studio; 2) it provides no means to use the keyboard for progressing from reading one page to another page; I must use my trackpad. This app is extremely disappointing. Plus, the Glassbox web site provides no means for allowing users to report problems.
