It's not very accurate. Gives no information even when I know there are events going on.

Downloaded this app this am and was disappointed that no events popped up.
Not for philly
Don't bother , slow and weird and nothing came up at all for philly, I work in theater I personally know tons of show up and running not one came up

Lots of NYC events, had a great time hopping from event to event. Found free beer, nice
Glitchy and hard to post events
I guess it has some events on it. But posting is impossible and it glitches a lot! As an organization with a lot of events, I'd like it to be able to keep up with my fast pace instead of freezing up every time I click. Also I still haven't been able to post an event. So as far as I know, all the events on there are made up...

Hi CameronOz, we're so sorry for trouble with the app. 99% of our events are aggregated so we are actually removing the post feature in the next release. For folks who would like to post events we have a new process that will automatically upload your events once set up. We would love to personally assist you get set up with our new system. Love this app. So much more convenient than subscribing to a million different newsletters. Can simply search and find everything you'll ever want to do.
So Useful in NYC!
I love this app. You can sort activities by what you want to do (in my case, eat) and view options on the map around you. Just playing around, I found out about several deals I would never have known otherwise: a $10 hot dog and a beer option at a chi chi Bouloud restaurant, a bottomless mimosa brunch, and a $5 happy hour of food & drink items. It's definitely worth downloading.

I use it to find events around the Mission, Soma, or Marina District. The filters are probably the most useful part.

My friends and I found a bunch of cool stuff to check out right around us. It's like a one stop shop where you can find every kind of event happening around wherever you are. Definitely worth checking out

Fun local stuff
Very cool app. My wife and I were looking for something to do last night bored out of her minds and found there was an art opening a few blocks away. We typically don't go to art events but had a great time. Free wine too!
Spurs Spontaneous Fun
I love how easy it is to pop open the app and find out about cool stuff happening near me. It's super easy to use the filtering tool so I don't have to wade through hundreds of events to find something that interests me. I also like the option of the map view so I can check out what's happening right around the corner and be spontaneous. Love livin it up with LivinItApp!

Must have app!
I love that there's finally an app that lets me explore new places and events!! Now my friends and I won't be going to the same ol' happy hour spot. Best of all it's quick and so easy to use!

I'm not a planner, but I subscibe to a million lists so I always know what's going around me. I love exploring the city but it's a scavengar hunt locating cool things to do in the moment. The app takes the stress out of making plans and great for last-minute decisions to have a night out! My social life will now rely on it heavily. LOVE IT!
