Serious security concerns
I started receiving a bunch of scam calls and emails right after I registered. I’m seriously concerned about the app’s security. I have deleted my account.

I get 10-15 scam calls everyday after registering account and posting ad on liv rent, which has never happened before and the problem remains even after deleting the account. I’m pretty sure there were some info leaks going on in the system. Mobile app is good but web is terrible.
I have to switch to phone app because there’s a lot of problem with the website. I wish they could fix the website :/
Super easy
Very easy to use - I found my tenant outside the app but I still use this app to construct and sign the contract. They make it easy to piece the contract that you want.

Ridiculous
I just wanted to contact a landlord and asking about the property, it won’t allow me to do this unless I upload an ID, my tax file and job letter. I feel very uncomfortable to leave so much personal info at a wired app just in order to talk with a landlord.

This app works so nicely on a server however their app is BS. For 4 days, it told me “please wait while the app is updating” and I missed an opportunity responding to a landlord as that cannot be done from a pc/ phone. I deleted the app and re-downloaded about 4 times and I STILL can’t even get passed the “please wait” sign.
I’m now noticing posts that expired 3 months ago.. (November). This app has potential... but it’s not there yet. Give it some time before you download this app, let them update it 50 times more.
It’s March 2019. Hopefully it’ll start working in July!!!

I’ve always thought writing 12 cheques to pay my rent was so outdated. No longer- now I can pay with my credit card (gaining points in the process !). I also like the simple interface for searching properties and booking viewings. This app’s a winner!

Not Well Known Enough
I live in one of the most popular neighborhoods in Vancouver and there is not one single listing around me even when I triple my price range. I love the idea but until it becomes more popular it is completely useless
All in one renting
Love that it has a fill once application for rental properties and then you just apply to as many as you like and all in one features like signing a contract and making rent payments. Also an app that finally verifies properties so it feels safer to use than other websites.
