I paid for the subscription, but the app hasn’t been working for almost two months. I keep getting the “NetworkError error 0” message and nothing opens. I contacted support, but I never received any response.

Amazing workout routine for everyday life. This is for people who keep making excuses that they don’t have time to work out. Sona shows that it is possible to get stronger and fitter if you just commit 30 minutes of your daily life. Ever since I signed up, I did the workouts for 9 consecutive days and love it! Stop making excuses and get the app! For volume, make sure your phone is not on silent. Thanks Sona for being so inspiring in all that you do!
