This program lives up to everything they describe! It teaches you to pay attention to how you are feeling, how to not over eat, to manage stress, no weighing no measuring. The guest expects are incredibly knowledgeable. The Facebook community is great, you quickly realize this is a safe environment to relax and just show up everyday to be successful. ĞIna Livy is a visionary, who is passionate about her work. She is the REAL deal. Too many positive things to mention here. Try it for yourself you will not be disappointed.

App issues post program
Great program. This review is for the app. After 7 rounds, decided I would try maintaining on my own, but still with the support of the app as I had understood I would have access for a year after I finish my last program. Using the app just as a tracker has proven difficult without being on the program because it appears some features are no longer available. One example of many is when I try to log my liquid it keeps asking me to upgrade to the journey, and when I dismiss it, I can no longer look at the progress for the day or edit something I made a mistake entering. Disappointing as I have invested plenty into the program over the years. I am hopeful this is a prioritization issues and soon the glitches for post program usage will be fixed.

No longer tracks
I have done 3 programs and understood I could continue to use the app as a tracker but with the update, I have lost my data, and can’t check the details of what I’ve entered earlier today, or look back to 2 days ago. So disappointed. I do hope you do another update to allow those who completed their program to continue using the app to track as was promised to us when we signed up.

I absolutely love this program and community! The guest speakers that share so much information that you just can’t get all in one place like this! It’s a real program for real people. Nothing crazy just science based information.

Nothing new
I regret signing up for this program, and the company does not offer refunds. Buyer beware. There is nothing new in the advice. The app is annoying. To get to the reading portion, the brain is assaulted with a daily video from the overly hyper, happy, bubbly Livy. Some of the recipes are interesting, but I assume that once your 3 month term is up, that’s it.

Disappointed
I’m so disappointed with this new app.
It doesn’t fit on my screen.
Buttons are under other buttons so the wrong button gets activated (AI).
I can’t hear the audio through the app—
I have to go to YouTube to hear it.
I’d like to have the option to go back to the previous app.
I waited patiently for the bugs to be put aright because I know it can be frustrating to make a new app. But I think I’ve waited long enough.

Great program - Great Tool!
Loving the Livy Method program! Have had a lot of success over the last year! The app is fantastic and easy to use!
As good as any
Program is ok if you are able to exercise restraint- the app used to be good when you exited the program - now they lock you out of your own data outside of paid programs- use a free app!
New App
The review of this includes the old app functionality. Lost access to my data when inintially joined the positive for me was being to keep it and see guides after the program was done. Promise not kept….
New app is a miss
First off this isn’t a review of the program, it works and I know about a dozen people including myself that have had success with it. The new app on the other hand is pretty terrible, seems like in the interest of spending money they took what was an easy to use, intuitive app and tossed it in favour of a clunky, flashier version. The point of the app is quick access to logging items, quick reference for questions and just the general videos and parts that feel personal. All that is gone or harder to find and use. We did however get a slick little time wasting animation every time you open the app and yet another price increase to cover the cost of all the splendour lol

Cumbersome
The new app is very cumbersome to navigate and add data to. To add fluids you need to navigate to two screens - with no ability to add custom amounts - too much typing. When adding food types to the meals the save button covers the text box so you can’t see what is being added. I would revert back to the old app if I could Much easier to use and more user friendly.

New app is glitchy
Old info is not available. Just get an error. Instead of 163 it says 162.97 which is not the data that was put in. I fear this app is not ready for public yet
This Program is so Natural
I have participated in food counselling groups, support group, and tried at least 8 different meal plans and systems.
This system has been a huge breathe of fresh air. It’s self oriented, supports sustainable loss from day one and has a wonderful support system.
In three weeks I have lost 8 lbs and am delighted by what I am learning about myself and weight loss in general.

I feel like 2 reviews are in order, the program itself and the app because you do not need the app to do the program. First, the program itself is extremely successful, educational more than anything. You learn so much you want to make change and weight loss is simply a happy side effect of living healthy but allowing yourself to still live. Second, the app is extremely user friendly and makes the program even easier to follow along. Making your learning experience even more effective without missing a thing.
