Needs some fixes
Most important I want in the update for the smoke detector is download all videos instead of one by one it’s super annoying even for court evidence

Audio stops random always got close task it’s choppy even u are near the cam the videos storage somewhat don’t rec or random deletes even its not full the pause button way to small u can’t pause it the settings somewhat goes back to default or some changed on its own the play button is annoying I rather open the app and goes directly to live footage I don’t need play button

Works at times won’t at others
For the most part it works well, however it keeps shutting motion control off when I go out of service with my phone along with the automatic record it’s a never ending battle I go in I reset my setting I log out and everything is turned off the time I have set time and time again but somehow it keeps getting changed to the wrong time makes it hard when you are trying to find a certain time frame and the whole time is wrong

There needs to be a forgot password option
Having issues when my Internet was updated trying to log back in was impossible. Now I’m dealing with an issue where I don’t remember the password or so it says because I tried all the passwords. I remember and still can’t get in and there’s no other option to reset password once forgotten, please fix this issue thank you. I have also sent an email and no response. Also the phone number that connected to this does not go through to talk with anyone about the issue that needs to be fixed.

Won’t connect it thinks it’s a router!
It only connects as it’s a WiFi internet source. You cannot connect it to your router because it shows up like it is a router after this last 17.4 iPhone update.
Issues connecting with Wi-Fi because
Google recently came out and upgraded my Internet devices, and my cam is not connecting because I need to put in the new password and it’s not allowing me to I see no option as to adding my device to my Wi-Fi
Not good
It worked for a couple of months but when I tried to reconnect it to my home Wi-Fi it just kept saying “disconnected” meaning it won’t connect to my Wi-Fi. I just use it as a charger now 🤷♂️
Wont stop tracking
I deleted the app. My locations won’t turn off. I NEVER had a problem with my iPhone. My location is constantly on and the app is deleted. I had the app for a day but then after unplugging device to move to another room it stopped working. ITS WONT GET OFF MY LOCATION
Some input but for this arena good
I have tried many of the small wifi security cameras seemingly to all come out of the eastern globe. Out of around a dozen i have tried this is the best, most stable and so on. I would make a very huge request and think if you implemented it would make this app dominate this arena. Security is a huge issue with these apps and devices. Can you add these important features:
1. a way to tell if your qr code has ever been shared.
2. Documentation in detail or a guarantee to see how many users have access to the device
3. A log file of activity / connections settings changed etc
If you don’t I’m going to write my own! Lol seriously though for these mobile small security alls this is the best. Keep up the good work and it is appreciated! Thanks.
