Most restaurants don’t show the pictures of the food. It’s not my WiFi. It’s the app. I have to order through my hotel now for best service
AVOID THIS APP, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME
This is a terrible app. I have no idea how their system works, but when I order the restaurant didn’t accept my order. 15 minutes after I contacted support about it, after that restaurant received my order. Then 25 minutes after my order said “preparing” I contacted support again since the app claims it shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes. Then support said that the driver was at the restaurant waiting for my order, however the order status still said “preparing”. Overall the order took over an hour, with app updates a lot later than what it got delivered. It’s faster and easier if you call the restaurant directly. AVOID THIS APP, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME
