The app is easy to navigate and use.
Constantly has to reset credentials
Every time I try to use it, it has some type of login issue.
User-friendly
The Llano national Bank has so far been very easy to work with and their website is great and user-friendly

The app is so indicative of the banking experience here at LNB. No Apple Pay, no tap to pay, laughable Zelle transfer limits (all in the name of “your safety”). And that’s the explanation you’ll get if you question any of the above…it’s for your safety.
But meanwhile the rest of the world moves to the beat of progress. But not LNB. Just like the rest of Llano, change is not on the menu. Status quo. But I guess that’s to be expected when the entire county has a median age of 83!

Only works on cell phone
Trying to login on my computer and the security code is never sent to the right cell phone number. It’s a big mess.
