Terrible app
The system is A LOT — they tried to cover EVERYTHING, but NOTHING is done thoroughly. What’s the poi
-A single receipt for one service by one technician is absurdly long — the same amount repeated nine times. Nine! It’s been like this for years, and they still haven’t fixed or improved it.
-Salary payments are a nightmare. The system shows every possible “fancy” number — total payments, client tips, etc. — except the one number that actually matters: what each staff member MADE and should be paid. Owners are left to manually calculate the correct amount, which is unacceptable.
-The engineers (apparently based in Vietnam) clearly don’t understand the market needs here — or the CEO just doesn’t care about proper development.
-The sales team is everywhere and friendly, and IT support is decent, but the software quality is the worst part — unreliable, clunky, and frustrating.
-To make it worse, the website they built is practically useless — 99% of the time it just says “processing.” It feels like they made it just for show, not for actual use.
-After so much feedback and so many reviews, it’s shocking how little has changed. The CEO should be embarrassed by this level of product quality.
Verdict:
Bad. Really bad. Extremely disappointed.
And those 5-star reviews that don’t even show up on the app? Makes you wonder if they’re real at all.

Client of theirs for over a year
Software is terrible, I’ve provided lots of feedback over the year and a half on how to improve and no updates have been made regarding such updates.
You can get used to it and understand the UI and its gimmicks but for anyone else it is very frustrating, it’s slow, always crashes, always need to reset the app just to get into the system multiple times before it actually loads.
If you want to grow as a company then you need to make changes for the better
