Old videos
I've been Glide customer (Lloyd now) for many years and I don't like that I can't get access to my old videos cause you've blocked the access, that is unfair for us the customers, please allow access to our old videos
Glitches and freezes
The app glitches so much. Not a fan of the speed of the app system. Very frustrating

No Alert sound
Lately, I have not received any notification sounds. I have checked for updates and restarted my phone. No changes, what is going on?

Videos often freeze & doesn’t work
Have used this for a number of months, though majority of the time it’s pretty good, but there been times when the video freeze half way through & your not able to see the rest of it, I’ve complained a number of times about this. It seems to happen when Samsung & Apple phone clashes . Other of the same makes I’d fine but it’s mainly between those two phone make.

Worst on the market
Been trying a bunch of AIs I haven’t before. So much garbage, this one is literally unusable, doesn’t even answer questions
AI Super what?
Honestly I’m not impressed, I live with a permanent disability that affects my movements and speed, I like using AI to keep my mind sharp and not be held back by my physical issues. Instead, if I don’t type fast enough, I find myself being timed out and kicked back to the home screen with everything I’ve typed being erased. Nothing like reminding me of my limitations and punishing me because of it!

i tested this app out on some really basic visual stuff, asking it to help me identify items,. lloyd has a terrible attitude, is rude and unpleasant to be around, and furthermore refuses to be even minimally helpful. shown a line 6 amplifier and asked “can you help me identify what type of amp this is” (eg, which model of line 6, since the amp says “LINE 6” on it in large letters) it told me “that’s a line 6 amplifier”. when pressed to specify, it pretended that i said app and began telling me what kind of app it is, and listing its capabilities, which it indicated were basically none. i am subscribed to pro by the way. the videos and promo materials must be faked relative to my experience with the app. another depressing scam.

Constant freezing
Since this app changed from Glide to Lloyd AI, there have been constant issues. App freezing, cancelled messages, black screens. It is so frustrating!
Ads annoying!!!
Downloaded this to test. Started a chat but when I go back in it won’t let me. and I have watched over 20 ads now and it still won’t let me resume my chat . It keeps saying - “ something went wrong, please try again”
Terrible since the switch to Lloyd
I’m not sure what happened which Glide switched to Lloyd, but the app has gone completely downhill. My messages won’t send if I send more than 2 back to back. It’s not even letting me share the video so my friend can see it. It’s clear that I will be looking for a new video messaging app because Lloyd is not it.

Needs more work
Needs to be able to add emoji and reply’s to specific messages and the delete button hangs the app so I have to completely close it and reopen it.
