Worst user authentication
After I’ve registered with the QR code token, the app suddenly asks for registration again after about a week. Even if you have registered before you still need that physical QR code token or else the app simply shut down most of the functions. This is the worst UX I’ve ever experienced. And no response at all from your support team via email. You suck.

Rubbish
I bought the older version of this a few years ago(all five sets)... cards never really worked properly, and now they haven’t even bothered to update them for the iOS upgrade. The old cards also do not work with the pus version of the app. Very disappointing.
