Has potential, but too buggy right now

Crash during generation and when selecting from the prompt picker dropdown, the text flickers and jumps around erratically. It's almost impossible to reliably choose what you want. Feels like a rendering bug that slipped through QA.

Regarding the crash during generation: based on what you described, this is very likely an Out of Memory (OOM) issue. It usually happens when the local AI model is a bit too large for the device's available RAM. I’d highly recommend switching to a smaller quantized model to see if that resolves the crashing. We are also actively looking into the rendering bug you mentioned with the prompt picker flickering—sorry for the frustrating experience there! To help me reproduce and fix these issues as quickly as possible, could you please share a little more info? Device Details: What specific device and OS are you using (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro, iPadOS, or Mac)? Model Details: Which exact AI model were you running when it crashed (e.g., Gemma-4B)? Unusable

There are aspects of its UI that make the app unusable (latest Tahoe), like simple scrolling while trying to add a LM Studio agent. Nobody tested this before releasing?

best LLM app

Incredible the amount of features available. Local models, RAG, Vision, Conmects to health data, maps, calendar and more. Also has Agents and can make your own Agents. Can also adjust temp, top-p, and context length. A+++

Problems with large files and timeouts

I really like this application, but I have run into a couple of problems along the way. If my prompt is big, such as if I need to paste in text from a file, the session often times out. I am running a local LLM on a Mac and I can see that the model is completing processing, but LMStation times out and I can’t find a place to alter the time out value. Also, I tried to create a knowledge object in the backpack, but when I try to go back into it, the app crashes. It’s irritating rather than being a show-stopper.

Thank you for your feedback! Our Mac version of LM Station is currently under review by Apple. If you have already purchased it on iOS, you will be able to directly download and use the more native Mac app once it's released.

Very neat app

Great app and lots of neat features that are not in any other app. The only issue I have run into is local .gguf models will not import into this app. I’m using iPhone 16 pro max on IOS 26.2. Keep up the great work!

Amazing platform! But…

I love what this app does, because it’s like a mobile version of LM Studio. The idea is great. But when you select a file from your device to use as a language model (instead of using the huggingface search) it doesn’t download at all. Is anyone else having this problem?

Finally found the perfect AI workspace

I've been looking for an all-in-one app that aggregates all the mainstream LLMs, and LM Station is such a pleasant surprise! It not only integrates top-tier models like GPT, Claude, and Gemini, but surprisingly supports DeepSeek and Qwen as well. The best part is that it supports both cloud access and local models, which is great for privacy. The recently updated 'Deep Research' feature is incredibly practical and has doubled my efficiency when writing reports. Although it’s a paid app, considering the toolchain and RAG document analysis capabilities it offers, I highly recommend it.

Needs work

While the concept of the app is promising and the idea behind it is solid, I unfortunately didn't find the current implementation to meet my expectations. The AI models didn't function as anticipated, and the overall experience didn't align with what I had hoped for after investing in the app. I'm hopeful that future updates will address these issues and bring the app closer to its full potential. Looking forward to seeing improvements in the coming releases.
