can’t log in
i got a new phone and tried to download the app on my new phone but it wouldn’t allow me to log in, after i enter my information it just loads and empties both fields

This app could easily have 5 stars. It does it all, and everyone is synchronized on every platform. However, the fact that it's so slow, it becomes redundant to use - takes more time on data input than it saves. So, for that reason, it's getting 1 star. Make it snappy, and it can easily take the lead!

Still worse than it was before the big refresh. Every iOS update makes it unusable. Haven’t been able to open a time sheet since the latest update.

Non functional
Unusable, it just loads as a white screen. We’re a long time customer but if this isn’t addressed in short order we’ll find another option.
Horrible for employees.
Impossible to edit tasks and times in case of work changes or simple human error(My job is dirty and wet and makes constant phone use a constant pain). You will lose hours and wages.
It’s two separate apps, and that should say enough.
Both are terrible and clunky. Job scheduling/time is on one app, and client info is on the other. Oh, and you can’t see the contract or estimates on either one of them, and the website (where you view them) only works on desktop. 😂😂😂

No good
Disconnect from the server consistently. Loses punched in material and service notes consistently. Takes longer to scroll through freezes, general errors consistently throughout one day of use. Never gone more than a day without an error code deleting at least half of the information I’ve inputted for certain job sites. Seems like the app was rushed and they decided to fix it as they go. Real poor strategy

App needs Face ID for auto save.
Needs a simpler interface. To complex to navigate.
Simplicity is key. Your avg crew leader sends Snapchat’s or watch’s TikTok’s all day. Think how simple using those apps are. This one is a little complex for what it needs to do.
Using it in the winter is impossible.
I will say it has gotten less “buggy” in the past 6 months.

Uploading photos
The app works ok for the most part but it could still use some help. One suggestion I would make is to allow users to select multiple photos when uploading to a task. It makes it easier to select more than one photo at a time to upload, then wait for that photo to upload, and do it again with the next photo. Very time consuming when you have more than two photos to add for a given task.

App doesn’t open on iPhone 13pro max
I had the iPhone 11pro max app worked but had crashing issues and when signing in had to sign in 2-3 times most days clocking in, have the iPhone 13pro max and app will open so the logo then just goes to a plain white screen my scroll bars show as if I’m just scrolling on a white page bad bro buisness for logging tasks for jobs

Terrible app to work with. Contractors lose a significant amount of time with the app kicking you out, needing to start over, logging in multiple times and fighting with ongoing freezing issues.
The layout and work flow is also poorly designed with the need to press the “more” button for basic tasks like punching out. Way too many clicks needed for what should be very basic functions.
Plan for substantial time cost fumbling around from page to page if needing to use this crappy software.
Zero should be the stars given to this one.

The app is prone to freezing and crashing. Crew may have to restart phones to get app to work and be able to clock in. Five different phones and we all experience the same issues.
And put a remember me at the login so we can just punch in, not enter a username and password every single time!

Needs a lot of basics
Need ability to save username and password. Use face ID etc. Even if you sign out it don’t always save your info.
Ability to see lunch break times without having to add up the hours for the day and comparing to hours on the job.
Too many steps to clock out and submit timesheet.
