The print is too small. I constantly have to have a number sent to my phone. It never remembers Face ID or remember me and I’m constantly having to enter all of the information to get in. It drives me nuts!

Poor development
The development team clearly doesn’t take into account people who have multiple accounts and do multiple transfers a day. The app takes to many steps to navigate and find things. Too many screens to navigate. The most recent update is the worse. It needs to go back to the way it was 5 years ago.

Hate the update
The updated app is awful. It never remembers your user name or uses face recognition. You have to log in from scratch every time. The layout is not user friendly either. It feels clunky compared to the previous version.

Great out I love the bank great people there treat you with respect and we’ll go out there way to serve you and make sure you’ve taken care of. I see no flaws. They are five star to me.
