I love this newspaper. It’s the best way to read about what’s happening in our country and in the world. While reading U.S. and world news can be really disheartening, the hard-to-read stuff is balanced with local news of positive happenings and offerings of fun things to do here in Lancaster County.

STOP REPEATED LOGINS FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS
It is extremely frustrating that paying customers are forced to keep logging in all the time. You can only open the app a few times before having to login again. This goes for Facebook and the app itself. Then the app is so glitchy it skips during scrolling or jumps back to the top when you don’t want it to. You’re making people pay so do a better job.

The absolute most biased newspaper anywhere!
I moved to Ocean City, Maryland several years ago from my hometown of Lancaster!
I continue to get the online edition just to read the obituaries!
During this past election all your newspaper did was slam Donald Trump and push your communist democrat agenda telling just how wonderful our country would be if we elected your democrat favorites!
I used to read the letters to the editors and have a great laugh at the only letters you seem to publish were, slam Trump letters!
Be careful, you continue to constantly print this type of rubbish you Will end up like the Washington Post, broke and going out of business!

Not user friendly
Very disappointed in the digital version of the print edition. Not easy to use. Can’t get a full page to fit on tablet like for other newspapers. Extra ads in addition to ads already in the paper.
The York Daily Record is a good example of what the digital version of the print paper should like and how it should work.

Bargain Counter
I enjoy App, use it everyday. Would like to Bargain Counter added.
Wrong Direction
Every “upgrade” to this app makes it worse. It’s clunky, poorly organized, and about 10 years behind modern apps. Really bad.
It’s a shame because the content is generally good. Once you filter through their left leaning bias, the articles are thorough and well written. Some of the articles are actually too long, with unnecessary tangents.

Making guests subscribe just to check obituaries???? Really?!? Clearly it’s about $$$ and not this community. Pathetic!
Desperately Needs Updating
This is truly one of the most antiquated apps I’ve ever seen. For a platform that makes you pay to read most of their content, it’s time that this app gets a major overhaul.
Use Mobile Browser Instead
This app is very limited and only shows a few articles at a time. You get a much better experience if you open lancasteronline.com in your mobile browser.
Soooo difficult
For online readers getting to the newspaper is so difficult, soooo many steps. I subscribe to 3 online newspapers, this is by far the worst. Once downloaded it’s also difficult to read.

Scrolling articles
Cannot scroll articles or obituaries as the app keeps relocating the current position to earlier in the list. Almost unusable.
Bad scrolling
Please fix the scrolling. When scrolling through the Obituaries it keeps going back to the first one every two or three scrolls. It is maddening. Also you can’t go to a previous day, when you select a prior day it goes to today. No search!
News articles won’t open

Flipping stories
As your reading a story or a obituary on the app, the page keeps flipping back to the first paragraph or obituary. You can’t read even a paragraph without this happening. It’s VERY ANNOYING. I called LNP to ask if it can be fixed and the person I spoke to said it doesn’t happen when she reads a story, so she really didn’t know how to elevate the issue, or didn’t seem to care.
