This thing is straight dope. Since I started making music with software, saturation plugins have been crucial to emulate the sounds I was used to with hardware. This does the job and more. Definitely and inspiring sound design tool. Instant weight and grit.

Thank you to MSXII for putting out this indispensable app for any producer looking to add a layer of grit and dirt that most distortion effects just don’t do. I find myself using it on just about every production. The added presets have been wonderful (Goose Down in particular) I’ll be bumping the MSXII creations through AUM and KOALA from here on out. Amazing! Must have app for IOS production
This app brings such an incredible sound to your music. Different presets add different textures, which makes Lo-Fly Dirt such a versatile app. Well worth it, highly recommended!

Great app. Saved some of my mixes when nothing else would do. Great support too. iOS GB bugs usually addressed with updates.

Absolutely one of the most needed apps to add sauce to any instrument and in any genre. And for this price it’s a steal. The developers are consistent with quality and quality control.
Latest update works great on iPad Pro
After the Update: Runs fine now and sounds as good as it ever has! Went back to my old projects and made the tweaks I’ve been waiting months to make. Even created some new projects and love the effect. No problem at all giving this 5 stars, great work, team!

It sounds good when it works but is entirely unstable and crashes all the time. I’ve stopped using it and hope it gets fixed.
Still not fixed... Every now and then I try it, just to see if it’s something wrong in the OS causing the issue. Nope, update after update, all my other plugins are stable, but not this one :(

Texture, texture, texture!
This literally goes on everything for me! If you need to add texture to your samples, GET THIS!
It’s perfect... except...
It’s perfect. Except it crashes on my garageband app every time I try to use it. It will also revert back to the default preset everytime I send the song to someone else/ share it, and when I close the project and open it again.
I hope there’s an update that addresses these issues because it really makes my music sound better. But I find myself trying to find other apps that work just as well since this one doesn’t work properly.

This app is great until you need to save or master
It constantly - CONSTANTLY crashes and the great sounds it creates never make it to the final. Always with the unexpectedly quit error message. Always.

Used to be phenomenal
The app used to work great in BeatMaker 3; but now it doesn’t save between sessions after you save it.
I’m not the only one who’s been going through this and it’s frustrating that the problem hasn’t been resolved. I’ll literally have 3 instances of this app in 3 different tracks and EVERYTIME I open the session I have to reset the parameters.

good and useful tools, but incredibly buggy
i love using this app so much for my music and it always takes my mixing to the next level, however it’s always incredibly buggy. right it’s continuously crashing and i’m unable to work on any projects with this plug-in as it crashes almost as soon as i open the file. please fix this i enjoy this plug-in a ton.

I love this but it keeps crashing GarageBand
I keep getting an error about audio unit extensions failing, and I’ve isolated it to this plugin. The plug-in will fail at points in the song and crash the DAW. The sound effects are really good though.
great vst, not so great compatibility
It seems like it's making it completely impossible to use garageband. I'm sure it's a new update or something but seeing as how i use garageband everyday, it's not helpful that it constantly makes it crash. VST with great potential! Please hurry and fix the bugs :/.
Buggy All Of A Sudden

I have tested this about 100 times now and it keeps crashing my GarageBand each time I add it as a effect. Simply disappointing
