Need to give feed back on your quoted pricing, seems to be a Dutch auction for everything to be done for nothing, there won’t be a transport industry the way it’s going, I don’t know what people expect, so many want it for nothing. We have hundreds of thousands of dollars invested and people try and screw the small buisness operators that goes out of his way to look after his clients. You won’t survive very long doing it for less than your operating costs.

Great tool for transport
Loadshift is a great tool, we use it daily and is perfect for pulling multiple loads together. Just needs functionality to see quote pricing on mobile app.

I’d never arrange something like this before and Loadshift was recommended by Stoked for delivery of a hot tub. The driver was lovely and arrived early. All communication through Loadshift was quick and really helped me through the process.

Scissor lift delivery by TC Transport group
TC Transport group did a fantastic job for us. Steve turned up when he said he would and delivered even earlier than anticipated. Great service, very professional. We will definitely use again.
Very easy
It’s my first time using load shift and it was very easy and straightforward. I had been looking to move a classic car interstate and on Google there was big companies but they all had mixed reviews. In this site we had lots of varying priced quotes and could see there credentials and reviews. It just made it very easy and the car was delivered 3 days later.

Fantastic service for linking those that are not well connected in the freight industry to carriers that cover the back blocks of Australia.

Customer communication and Job status
We need to be able to talk to customers in regards to particulars of jobs and load details.
Ie. load weight, dimensions, correct specs, particulars of pick up and drop off.
Talking with Loadshift representative isn’t thorough enough and very time consuming.

It would be a far better app if you could actually see if someone has looked at your bid instead of waiting for someone to contact you

Absolute garbage app that has destroyed the previous owners hard work in establishing itself in Australia.
Since the takeover from Freightlancer they have tried to make us more like the USA, which nobody in their right mind would want.
Can’t contact potential clients directly so the chain of responsibility must fall directly on the Loadshift platform to ensure safe access and loading for carriers. Can’t see them signing work authorisations any time soon.
The system wasn’t broken, so why change it to the detriment of the carriers, who are the ones that pay the fees.
