Misleading and cost me $542
I clicked their email quote which said $1516 and they charged me $2,058. They say the driver changed the price and admit I was not notified and the email link $1516 "accept" was misleading. Still refuse to refund me the $542.

Need to give feed back on your quoted pricing, seems to be a Dutch auction for everything to be done for nothing, there won’t be a transport industry the way it’s going, I don’t know what people expect, so many want it for nothing. We have hundreds of thousands of dollars invested and people try and screw the small buisness operators that goes out of his way to look after his clients. You won’t survive very long doing it for less than your operating costs.

Loadshift is a great tool, we use it daily and is perfect for pulling multiple loads together. Just needs functionality to see quote pricing on mobile app.
