Two bakes at once: Run two bakes side by side, each with its own timeline, progress, and reminders. Starter planning: Get a feeding schedule so your levain peaks right when you need it. Planning Plan for any day: Schedule a bake for any future date and time, not just later today. Schedule preview and step editing: See the full timeline before you start, and adjust any step's timing or details.
