Apologies for this - The Big Sur OS has a scrolling bug which has not been resolved in the updates. I am working on a new version of the app which should be available in the next couple of months.

A- The possibility of recording the date of signing the financing and the date of payment, for example, the date of falling salary differs from the date of borrowing .
B- The possibility of modifying the payment due day may be a month on 25, a month on 24 and a month on 26 .. Banks do not transfer the salary if it falls on a weekend day.
C- Add a property that has been paid and how much is the rest of the financing .
D- The possibility of printing
F- I can adjust the last installment, sometimes how much is left of the total loan because of the fractions in the monthly installment

Apologies for the huge delay in getting back to you and thank you very much for the feedback. I agree that having flexible dates would be good, my concern is that different lenders have different ways of calculating the interest, so I would have to be able to accommodate two different approaches, but I will bear it in mind for a possible future release. On printing, you could send the quote as an email then cut the info from the email but I will certainly look into printing in a future release. Kind regards Gareth
