Good app killed by ads
Was great but now ads pop up and don’t go away for a few minutes.

Works well, would be even better if it had an amortization schedule as well.

Good to have a mortgage calculator that doesn’t attach you to a loan company.

The simple loan calculator works just fine, however I was infuriated to get a pop-up ad in the app telling me I had multiple iOS viruses detected. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because the calculator portion is simple and works as described.

Great app. Simple and does what it needs. But when a pop up ad appears and I can’t clear it, even the best app becomes one star useless.
Spamming with spyware
I’ve used this app for a while but it recently started hosting advertisements that pose as fake warnings for your phone trying to get you to click on malware / spyware links

Scam Ads
Enjoyed using this before the ads got out of control. Just had one pop up trying to mimic my phone telling me I had 8 viruses and hoping dumb enough to click. Deleted the app. Seems they developers content letting anyone company or scammer buy ad time.
