Switched me mid loan to a sister lender and reran credid!!
My loan officer sent me the link to set up my portal, which I did on my computer. I had been speaking with her today and she'd given us some good news that our loan was in processing. I wanted to see it on the site. I went to her email, clicked the link and rather than sending me to the portal, it brought me back mid way through the application.
I figured since it was the first time using the app on my phon, it was just confirming all the information that was already filled out. Except, NO. It brought me to a BRAND NEW empty portal and immediately my fiancé and I started getting notifications from sites saying a new hard inquiry had gone through on our credit.
Then I got a call from a sister lender to OUR lender asking if we were switching to them and if so, they'd need the rest of our application that the app had not sent. All they got was the stuff I'd gone through trying to get to our Home Screen.

Overall the app does work. You are able to access your account and upload documents. Having to log in twice is a bit annoying, but I get from a security standpoint it works. The don’t size is weird. It’s like on large. Not the two worse things but the only things I see that the app could fix.

Just loads the mobile web page.
This is not much of an app at least not for the portal part. It just loads up the mobile version of the web page and you have to login twice for it to work and it doesn’t remember any of your login info much less your password. All in all seems pointless so far.
Clunky and doesn’t work well on iOS
LoanFlys lenders portal is one of the beta I have used. Their App on the other hand is one of the worst I have used. It does not work well on an iPhone. The login screen constantly changes sizes, it takes 2 login attempts each time, and then one you get in the app, it is extremely slow.
Overall difficult product to use and forces me to revert back to the computer portal every time.

Needs updating.
Formatting is all wrong. Hasn’t been updated in 2 years.

Pretty finicky
It can take multiple attempts to log in and then there is no option to stay logged in our use Touch ID instead. It also is confusing because there is a main menu and then borrower portal menu. I wish there was just an app for the borrower portal.

I LOVE this app!! I've been looking for a new home for over a year.. and I've tried every app out there that searches for new homes, and this one is by far THE BEST! The Home Scouting feature is so easy to navigate and search for new homes... AND from your phone!! I don't have to get on my computer or iPad!! It's SO easy and user friendly! I highly recommend!

Great Loan Visibility
This is a good app for finding a home, applying for a loan. I applied for my home loan directly from the app and got an approval in minutes. I was able to upload the items needed directly to my loan officer and track the status of my loan the whole time. It really make the process easy.

Cool home search
Love that I can search for houses wherever I am! And then calculate payments and get an idea of what it would cost me. I can also look up and see what nearby houses have sold for all on my own.
