It was a little tricky getting started but once I finally learned the app I was able to easily get a small loan. @jona was very responsive in helping. Transaction was quick and I had my money within an hour. Will continue to work with Jona

The app is easy to use. I use it when I need a small loan for gas or groceries between paychecks. @jona was super helpful, nice and easy to work with! I would recommend him if you are looking for a lender.
Tried to join app crashes when I try to upload my id
Well app will not let me upload my id before I could even get into the app to apply not exactly a confidence booster.

I thought it was a scam
I originally didn’t know what I was getting myself into or if I’d actually get a loan. @jona was so willing to help. I appreciate him! The platform is self explanatory. Only thing I have a complaint about is the fee because I used my last bit of money to be able to request a loan. But with building a relationship with @jona, I will continue to use this platform.

Don’t waste your time or money.
I was looking for a $200 loan, so what makes you think I can pay the $60 monthly fee. It’s a total scam. Multiple people are complaining and giving you guys a one star review because of the fee… but for some reason (probably greed) you aren’t willing to change it.

it’s been almost 72 hours and i still have not received a loan . at this point i would just like to receive a refund . i paid $150 for subscription and i would just like that money back .

This is the worst app ever. They tell you, you will get your fees refunded if you don’t get a loan within 48hours. It’s now been over a month and not only have I not gotten my fee back, I was also charged the fee again a month later bc they have not cancelled my acct like I’ve asked for a month now. They will not answer any messages and there is no other way to contact them.

Cannot get a loan
I have been waiting to get a loan for more than 2 weeks and still nothing. Now I have been charged a fee of $149.99 for nothing. I need a refund please.

Where’s my money?
I payed for the $60 subscription, posted my request …waited 48 hours and nothing. I also see Loanr tried to charge my card an additional $52 TWICE for absolutely no reason or explanation. Please just refund me. They have no support email or customer service …it’s sooo scammy …i had hope but it just seems like all the lenders are not actually real and will just skip your loan request.
