Very expensive and doesn’t always work.
At first when I subscribed to this app I thought it was amazing. I liked how it gave market news, allowed it to be co-branded with real estate agents etc. However, over this past year, It no longer provides any of those services. On top of that I’m unable to choose the mortgage insurance premium on conventional loans. As a mortgage professional there are different premiums based on different companies. In addition , over the last several months the app has not been working properly at all. The calculations are off as well as it not even allowing me to access the app. On the Lender Homepage login screen there’s no information to contact customer support. I had to wait until I received a solicitation email from Lenders Homepage in order to be able to find out how to reach someone. They had a great product. Hopefully they’ll be able to work out the kinks and get the app working properly again.

This was the best app out there to calculate mortgage and affordability ( and I have used many), unfortunately the latest update broke it to a point in which sometimes you cant scroll down to hit the calculate button

This is by far the best mortgage mobile app I have seen thus far, I love it and my realtor partners and clients love it and can't live with out it.
Very slick
A GREAT tool to have while shopping for homes to check payments. Also a great tool for Real Estate Agents to have for assisting clients with basic payment and loan questions. Ultimately, your Loan Officer is the best source, but this is still a super cool tool
User friendly app
This app is great. I was struggling finding what my mortgage payment would be based on different scenarios. I tried various websites but nothing was easy to use. With this it is a slide and a click and I get answers. And I can do it all on the go. I love it.

I just purchased Loanzify and I LOVE it. What a great app, and what a slick interface. It’s easy to use, and offers all kinds of tools to a prospective client, or to a real estate professional. A borrower can find out on the fly, how much of a loan they can qualify for, whether it makes sense to refinance, and what type of loan could work best for them. The software also offers a co-branding feature, where you can collaborate with a realtor. This functionality gives me a reason to call on realtors, and have a true value added proposition. Realtors can in turn share this program with their clients, which in also puts me in front of the clients as well. I have been in the mortgage business for over 35 years, and with the stiff competition that I face every day, this app is a real good arrow to have in my quiver; I highly recommend it.
