About
LoBlue Zones is a quiet daily companion built around five plain habits practised in the world's longest-lived places: keep in touch with the handful of people who matter, eat a wide variety of plants, stay on your feet and use the stairs, stop eating at about eighty percent full, and know each morning what you are getting up for.
There are no streaks, no scores and no scolding. Missed days are recorded as facts, not failures. You open the app twice — once in the morning for a one-line purpose and a look at who has drifted out of contact, once in the evening for a single question: how many different plants did you eat today.
YOUR CIRCLE OF FIVE OR SIX
• Name five or six people you want to stay close to — nothing is read from your phone's contacts
• Choose a cadence for each: weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly
• Log calls, visits, letters and shared meals with one tap
• Keep a private note about what to ask next time
• A twelve-month history for each person shows a maintained life
THIRTY DIFFERENT PLANTS A WEEK
• One evening question, answered in under a minute
• A catalogue of around four hundred edible plants with categories and seasons
• Distinct plants counted for the week against a target of thirty - no grams, portions or calories
• Fast lanes of the plants you log most often
• Category breakdown across vegetables, fruits, grains, legumes, nuts and seeds, and herbs
• Seasonal suggestions for plants you have not eaten recently
• Add your own plants when something is missing
NATURAL MOVEMENT
• Time on your feet and flights of stairs — never workouts or sets
• A timer that keeps running while the app is closed
• Quick chips of 10, 20, 30 and 60 minutes, and a stair stepper
• Correct or remove any block; weekly grid of minutes and flights
• Goals you set where your ordinary day already lands
AT THE TABLE
• A short pause timer to check in with your stomach mid-meal
• Gentle cues instead of rules: no forbidden foods, no measuring
• Up to three meal-pause reminders a day
• The app never asks what you ate, only how many kinds of plants
A PURPOSE FOR THE DAY
• One sentence, up to 140 characters, written in the morning
• A curated prompt deck to start from
• The last fourteen days collected in one list
RHYTHM, NOT SCORES
• Four habit lines drawn side by side over twelve weeks
• A short weekly letter composed from your own records
• Anonymous community numbers: median distinct plants, median flights, the share of devices reaching thirty — no names, no rankings
• Save any week as a plain text file
GARDEN WORDS
• A quiet letter grid hiding eight edible plant names
• Biased toward plants in season and plants you have never logged
• No timer pressure, no failure state, no levels
• Finding a plant never logs it as eaten
PRIVACY AND OFFLINE USE
• No accounts, no passwords, no social feed, no advertising, no payments
• Your name, notes and photos stay on your phone
• Only anonymous weekly counts and a private backup ever leave the device
• The plant catalogue and prompts work offline from a built-in copy
• A private backup tied to an anonymous identifier so a reinstalled phone keeps years of circle history
• Erase everything on this phone at any time
