I have not had access to my crypto funds for over 3 years since adding this scam device to my wallet. Although I have my keys everything else, no one can assist me which is pathetic.

Scam warning. I’ve sent hundreds of emails asking how to withdraw my funds. Support either responds incorrectly or ignores emails entirely. I’ve now reported this to the Canadian fraud department. Use extreme caution.

When I set up my Lobster vault, I was not given a Recovery Phrase. I am trying to delete it altogether off my phone and start over, but deleting it did not make it go away
Terrible
All this does is slow down transactions and half the time it doesn’t even work. I’ve been trying to make a transaction all afternoon and it won’t allow me to sign it so the transaction can go through. It doesn’t even recognize a new transaction so I can’t sign it to continue. So basically it’s locked up all my funds and won’t allow any new transactions because it doesn’t even recognize any. This app is garbage!

LOBSTR wallet App has disappeared from the Apple Store App completely (UK only)
What’s the point of having LOBSTR Vault to protect your LOBSTR wallet if the Apple Store has stopped displaying the download for LOBSTR wallet? No one can download the LOBSTR wallet or update the latest version to the iPhones or iPads in the UK. This was reported over 2 weeks ago— the matter still hasn’t been resolved.

Still NO ACCESS
It has now been 17 consecutive months and still can't access over $36k USD in this wallet since adding Vault. Despite endless emails there are no detailed instructions on how to fix this. I'm just surprised the people at Stellar are associated with this awful app. This is what is wrong with crypto.

It's been over a year since I haven't had access to my assets in over a year due adding the LOBSTR Vault and no one can assist me with this issue. Will there be humans we can contact in the future who can assist step-by-step with issues like this? This can't be the future of finance.

No access for 12 months
Every since I've added this Vault 12 months ago, I I have not been able to make any transactions. I can't can't exchange or withdraw any assets. It's i not user friendly with the LOBSTR wallet. Sad part is no can assist me step for step.
