Ringing on personal phone number
Very unprofessional! I registered on this app on logged in with my phone number , one of the member of this app started ringing me in the morning! I didn’t agree for any terms and conditions for them to call on my personal phone number

Love this new update
It’s such a shame that these reviews don’t get updated since this app has come so far and I love this newest update, there are no bugs everything is so easy streamlined and intuitive down to every detail and it makes finding not only roommates but apartments so much easier than anywhere else; everything’s custom to you so the app know what apartment and flatmate is best for me more than I know!! I love this app!! PS the move in process was so easy and they helped me with every step

It just shows the same properties everytime in the same order and if you scroll down it just crashes

I’ve using this app for about a month and you get no response from the landlords or help on the app. So ppl are just enquiring for properties and getting no response. Also when trying to talk to people of the app it doesn’t work at all.
Absolute vermin running this
Notice how this has happened to everyone else, seriously.. Hear me out, Idk why but I tried to register, app worked fine until a sudden unexpected error preventing me from using it, and I had given all my personal information away, have fun knowing I live in an overcrowded 1 bedroom flat in Wood Green!

App crashes after selecting course
I couldn’t even get in to use the app, it failed during the set up. It says: “TypeError: undefined is not a function. In ProfileProxyBaseSaveStep in Wizard in RCTView in Unknown…” After this, every time I restart the app, I get shown this screen. There’s a button to reset the app but it doesn’t change anything. Hope this gets resolved soon. I would actually like to use the app. I think it’s a great concept

Very limited features
Great idea but long way to go. Features are limited, you cannot add a bio, specify the property (ie en-suite, etc), it asks for industry instead of job titles which I think is a better way of knowing what someone does. Also, if this app is to work, they need to invest BIG on marketing, user numbers for London is shockingly low, I mean like 30-50 people in total.

Until you give all your personal data and they won’t let you use the service because an “unexpected error” stops you from creating an account
