Gets worse and worse
After being forced to use this garbage app for 5 years, it’s sub par quality has miraculously gotten worse to a point where it is barely usable and will crash within a minute of it loading, not to mention it needs 10 minutes to load, I don’t know what the developers are doing but every update they release seems to make it buggier and slower. They’ve gone from a somewhat usable app to absolutely destroying it and claiming they “fixed bugs” what a joke

If I had a dollar for everytime this app closed Id be a rich man and wouldn’t have to use this ridiculous app that makes me question my life daily as to why I bother with trying to get any work done on it I could run quicker to my jobs then close them off using this app thanks for making my job 10 times harder

Slow, only works when you have really good reception, crashes more times a day then you actually need the app to work.

Takes forever to load and lags. The end of take 5 you have to scroll up while trying quickly try to press the tab takes about 5 goes. Kicks you out when adding photos. Can’t use the web version on phone it only shows half the screen. Have to submit claim on web browser only.
Crashes all the time
Have been using this app for 2 years. It is slow, crashes all the time and the UI makes for a slow and painful workflow.
