Thanks a lot for the thoughtful review and you’re completely right. The first local model load can sometimes take longer and the app should make it much clearer that it is warming up/loading instead of looking like nothing is happening. We’ve been improving the first-load experience, loading states and stability around generation. Please update to the latest version and if you ever hit this again, send us your iPhone model and iOS version so we can investigate it properly. Really glad it worked great once it loaded 🙏

Sorry you had such a bad experience. That’s definitely not what we want PhoneDiffusion to feel like. We’ve been shipping fixes around model loading, first generation, crashes and device compatibility. Please update to the latest version and try again. If it still doesn’t work well, send us your iPhone model, iOS version and what happened - we’ll look into it directly.
