App is rubbish
The app needs improvements, you book at taxi for a certain time and it come up to 20 mins late, it’s not the drivers fault it’s the staff in the office that’s to blame, the app needs improving it puts different location to where you are and if you change it the app still does as it likes, so you still have to ring them

Booked taxi on my phone as usual, expected to be able to use airpay via a link that is always texted to us. Whilst I was already IN THE TAXI I got a text to say I should book through this USELESS app in order to pay. Um, what? And no card or cash with me in an emergency situation! Absolute JOKE OF A COMPANY. Stick to Uber folks! Better service!

Terrible service avoid !
Used this company for years but will never again. I pre booked a taxi via their app to pick up from a wedding do. This was done 10 hours before needing taxi ! Got to pick up time no taxi sent rang them said they hadn’t sent one therefore left stranded in rain for an hour ! Absolute joke ! Use Ziggys app much more reliable operator !
