Local Fold

Local Fold is a digital tally sheet for in-person home poker games. Track your home poker night the same way you would on a paper notebook — but without losing receipts, double-counting buy-ins, or arguing over who owes what when the night ends. The app counts chip points only. Local Fold does not handle real money, payment processing, or any kind of currency. Players agree on the chip-to-cash conversion rate verbally, between themselves, before the game; the app simply keeps the tally honest. What you get: • Groups — invite your regular crew with a 6-character code. The host runs each session; everyone else gets a real-time read-only view of the table while it's live. • Live sessions — the host adds buy-ins as they happen and you see each player's running tally update on every member's phone. Avatar colors keep players easy to tell apart at a glance. • Mid-session cash-out — when a player leaves early, the host records their final chip count by denomination. That player's contribution is locked in; the rest of the table keeps playing. • Reconciliation gate — before a session can be finalized, the sum of every player's final chip count plus every mid-session cash-out must equal the sum of buy-ins. No more "wait, my count is off by 200" arguments after midnight. The app refuses to close the books until the math is honest. • Settlement — once finalized, you see the per-player net result and the minimum set of transfers that settles the night. Tap to copy a clean text summary to your clipboard and paste it into your group chat. Players settle outside the app, however the group prefers. • Add one-time guests to a single game — no account needed. • See your lifetime net, win rate and form across every finished game. • Per-group standings show who is up and who is chasing. • Edit buy-ins and cash-outs while the game is still running. Privacy and trust: • Sign in with Apple or Google. No password to remember. • No ads. No third-party analytics SDKs. No App Tracking Transparency prompt — we don't track you across other apps. • Account deletion is one tap from your profile. • Available in English and Polish.
